Ok, the missus was commenting that I seem to have lost weight so I weighed myself for the first time in a month and descovered I've lost 11 pounds! How did I do it? I haven't been eating healthily, just the usual food I like which everyone tells you is fatty and not good for you. The only lifestyle diference I've made is that a month ago I got my new dog. My last dog had been getting old and couldn't walk very far but seeing the new one is only 2 years old she needs two half hour walks a day. So if you want to lose weight people, get a greyhound!:)

You will lose weight by creating calorie deficit. You can do this by eating less calorie than your body requires and exercising regularly so that your body does not adapt to fewer calorie.
