forgive my ignorance, but what are we supposed to do with these tokens?
Posting is the best way to get tokens. 
if you play in the arcade tyou need them, also sometime we run things like football pools and the organiser will ask you for some tokens by way of entry fee, the winners gets the pot
so you dont have to have tokens but it can help if you want to play games/enter competitions
generally speaking i find you gain enough from daily posting to satisfy the needs above
