Drunk dad has 13-year-old take the wheel

What the fuck was this guy thinking? I mean.... he avoided a DUI, but.....

SEATAC, WA—
A SeaTac man was arrested after he allegedly allowed his 13-year-old son drive his car when he was drunk.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) troopers observed a silver Lincoln driving erratically on South 166th Street in SeaTac just before midnight Sunday.

The car was repeatedly slamming on the brakes and driving on the line between two lanes.
When the trooper pulled the vehicle over, he was surprised to find a young boy behind the wheel and his intoxicated 40-year-old father in the passenger seat.

Dunno how it works in the USA but over here the dad would still get done for drink driving. If you have a full driving licence and you are in the car with someone driving who hasn't got one, technically you are supervising so are not allowed to be drinking.
