yes. It's twinging now pretty good but it's also been a long day and I have been using it a lot..


No I don't wear one. With the way it is usually just tight jeans or spandex shorts will help but most of the time it hurts it worse.

It's two denigrating discs and one possibly starting to herniate.

We're you on therapy b4? Maybe try going back to doing the exercises you had then. Correct body mechanics too esp when you're lifting or carrying Liam especially

I did do a bunch of physio and at one point my Dr. said to me.. this isn't working. the only thing the exercises did for me was make my back throb.

Right now I am in a no win situation.

Believe it or not the best time cept for when I fell was when I was pregnant.. my back didn't bother me the whole time. Increased blood flow to the area was the best thing I could have asked for.

We cancelled the paint ball for tomorrow. My son is still sick. I am hoping he doesn't have Pneumonia. His breath sounds are really bad

Aw! Thanks! It had been going on for a week now. It comes and goes and his secretions and breathing are what worries me. He had this b4 when he was about 3 y/o then diagnosed with Pneumonia. If he dosn't get better this weekend- I have to bring him to his Pediatrician. :willy_nilly:

You're right- I can deal with sick patients But so much harder when it's my own son

Now am missing going out! the sacrifices a mom has to do with for our kiddo eh! I don't regret having one tho. Kids are awesome

Most days I stay home all day with Liam.. If we do go out its usually the mall or to my best friends house.

I do feel the same with Liam ..

LOL I think Liam knows he's cute.. he plays it up when he's in trouble.
