It was payday today, so I used some of my hard earned paycheck to fill up my car.
Today on the plate for my robust-premium drinking vehicle, I served up some delicious Swifty's 91 Octane home brewed goodness.
It retailed for 3.10 a gallon, instead of 3.15+ it would have been at other gas stations on this particular day.
So I hit "Cash", lifted the nozzle and pushed the 91 button. Clipped the handle and started fillin'er up!
When the 20 dollar mark came up, I stopped the pump and awaited assistance from the cashier to pay for my baby's meal.
While waiting... I did some math.
I put 6.433 gallons in the tank, and at 3.10 per gallon, the total should have read: 19.9423 dollars.
Why, oh why... did the meter read a disturbing 20 dollar even?
Do they charge for those mini-gallons that run off after the third number post decimal? Or did I just get *cough* jewed out of freaking 5.77 cents?!?
Damn you gas companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On a side note, I don't care how much your gas is. lol It does me no good if you've gotten it cheaper in the past few days, and I sure as hell don't want it if it was more expensive. The point of this post wasn't to compare gas prices! First person that does post prices near them, I'm going to pistol whip! That's right, you heard me!
The only person exempt is Bacon... because well, he's the guy I was going to ask to borrow his pistol so I could whip someone... and I surely wouldn't still be alive after borrowing his weapon to pistol whip him.
