One of the major complains from most people regarding their finances is their job does not pay well. Well, a high income job doesn’t always give you financial independence. Many people earn well but also spend heavily, which keeps them in financially difficult position. For example, I once read a report on South Korea work culture, it showed that South Koreans are increasingly burdened by debt, despite strong employment figures and economic development.

No, a high-paying job doesn’t guarantee financial freedom. It increases earning potential, but lifestyle, spending habits, debt, and financial planning matter just as much. Without control and discipline, higher income can still lead to financial stress instead of long-term stability.
