I see so many commercials for curing this and that disease or birth defect. And yet there are so many more out there... Is it that they just haven't found anything yet? they aren't trying or what? I've seen maybe one commercial on Hydrocephalus and it had to do with middle age people who had an onset... I don't really understand how it can develop in a middle age person as I only know it to become aparent at birth.
