Some couples in long-distance relationships successfully make their relationships work. They put in the effort to keep their connection and fully trust each other. They also take advantage of technology to stay in touch. On the other hand, not all couples succeed in this type of relationship. Do you think long-distance relationships can work?

Long distance relationships can definitely work if both parties want it to. However, if care is not taken, those feelings can gradually fade away should there be a slip up. Regular communication is the key in this case.

relationship will survive when you both are close that's because physical contact builds the bond together. I don't think long distance relationship can survive for long.

I think long-distance relationships can work, but they require strong communication, trust, and effort from both sides. Couples who set clear expectations and stay connected emotionally tend to handle the distance better.

While physical closeness can strengthen a relationship because touch builds emotional bonds, long-distance relationships can also survive with effort and commitment. They require strong communication, trust, and understanding, as partners rely on emotional connection rather than physical presence. Regular video calls, meaningful messages, and shared activities help maintain closeness. Though challenging, long-distance relationships can work when both partners are dedicated, patient, and willing to support each other despite the distance.

Well, your relationship might work initially but if you are separated foe extended period of time, there will be mistrust,a and mistrust always ends relationship

I think long distance relationships can work well for a limited time, but sustaining them over an extensive period tends to be very challenging.

Long distance relationships might work for other people, but it doesn't seem to work for me. My love language is physical touch and a long distance relationship would deprive me of that.

There are many people that long distance relationships have worked in the past. It is simply about ensuring that you are in constant communication with what you are doing at that particular moment and all that. It is not always that easy, but once the two partners are on good terms, the relationship tends to work much better.
