No. I actually had to ask somebody in my house that, and they said no. Because my mom snores, and I thought it was a trait that could e inherited.

Anyone ever hear you and figure out what you were talking about?

I used to be able to remember my dreams... but now that I get less sleep I can't, even when I sleep in on the weekends.

I don't snore. Never have, probably never will. I also don't talk in my sleep...but as they told me in the dream study I was in, because I have the tendency to control my dreams, I also control what I do outside of them.

As for my ex, though...he could wake the dead. It was unreal. He used to get jabbed a LOT. He also talked a lot in his sleep...and the bullshit that says you don't tell secrets is just that...bullshit. He used to talk about all the girls he ever cheated with.

And Franklyn...he catches himself within the first snore. He has a complete aversion to making himself a bother to anyone around. He even told me that if I ever heard him, to wake him up and tell him that he's doing it. I don't know what it is...but he likes to refine himself. *shrugs* He doesn't speak in his sleep, either.

My oldest daughter, Liberty, used to snore just as loud as her father. That all ended after her surgery...now she's as quiet as a mouse.

Now if you want to talk about things that talk to US while we're attempting to sleep...that's an entirely different subject altogether...

I used to snore very badly but I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea & now when I go to bed I wear a mask that blows air through my nose.

Usually when people snore heavily it's because they are moving their tongue around at the back of their mouth. For some this cuts off the supply of Oxygen to the brain & can be quite harmful. To prevent this I wear a mask over my nose which blows air down the back of my throat forcing my tongue to stay forward - no more cuttung off the air supply.

If you snore & you find yourself tired & falling asleep during the day & you wake up tired in the morning, maybe you should see a doctor. This is especially true if you are carrying extra weight.

:agree
One of my little brothers wakes me up at least one day of the weekend asking for some cereal. He doesn't get it until I'm fully awake though, unless somebody else gets it for him.

I snore too and I do worry if I have sleep apnea...sometimes when I sleep and wake up in the morning, I feel like I never slept. I'm still tired.

i had a sleep study done too and have mild sleep apnea, have a cpap that i can wear at night, but it is about uncomfortable as hell, i like to sleep on my stomach and the facemask or the nose piece is disturbing, i always wake up when the pressure is increasing. but when i sleep with the cpap i do get better sleep and wake up feeling so refreshed, but when i don't wear it i am tired all the time.
