Cost of life has increased and everyone is in a rat race, so work-life balance is a far cry for a lot of people. I work remotely, thus save time to commute to work but I often find myself working 12-hour, leaving little room for personal life.

For most people still building their careers or businesses, work-life balance is hard to achieve. Look at top entrepreneurs, they often worked 16 to 18 hours a day in their early days. The truth is, sustainable work-life balance usually comes only after you have managed to become fairly successful.Until then, hustle may be your only option.

Honestly, achieving work-life balance is tough. I try to manage my time, but sometimes work spills over into personal life. I’ve learned that setting boundaries, taking breaks, and prioritizing what really matters helps. It’s not perfect, but I keep working on it.

Yes, obviously, it would be completely crazy if I didn't have it. It's vital to have a routine and separate work life from personal life. If you don't do this, you won't have peace of mind and you'll collapse, in addition to having a lot of stress and nerves. When I start living, I totally forget about my work life. Until I return to work, I leave it completely aside.

For me, I think that work life balance is an illusion. I just set minimal time to rest. I can't turn down an order because I am stressed. Bottomline is that I don't work all round the clock.

Balancing work-life is essential to avoid burnout and maintain well-being. Without balance, productivity and happiness suffer. I’ve learned that dedicating time to rest and relationships makes me more focused and effective in both areas.
