They have "scat mats" that are electronically charged that will keep the dogs off furniture LOL

I felt bad about some of our own dogs because they were allowed on furniture, but bringing dogs in to find homes for, we realize some people don't want animals on their furniture. So...no dogs, even our own, on furniture.

Always remember, positive reinforcement works better than negative reinforcement.

it's kind of difficult circumstance because the only way to keep them off is negative, not positive. it's really a home-design issue. they're outside dogs and our duplex is 1000 sq. feet and our backyard is small. so i know they have high-energy build up.

I love dogs. I would love to have one but since I work shifts it's just not possible. I wouldn't have the time I want to dedicate to it. So I wait til Mummy and Daddy have trained up Puppy and steal her from time to time, mostly for the cuddles she gives though LOL
