I am a great food lover and try various cuisine from different part of the world but without spice the food is not complete for me i love spicy food what about you people do you enjoy eating spicy food

so i will say am ok with a little to be safe

Mexican, Indian, and American food with lots of hot sauces is something I adore.

I like it as hot as possible, too. Carolina Reaper hot!

However, as I age, so does my stomach. I have IBS-C and GERD so bad that I'm medicated for it. Because of that, I can't do a whole lot of spicy food anymore or I'll regret it.

So, as much as I love and miss it, I'm sadly not able to partake due to my sissy stomach LOL
