Sleeping with light is what I love to do when I was younger because I was afraid of the dark but after a while, I started being comfortable sleeping with the lights off. Now, I find it very difficult to sleep once the light is still on.

Yes l like sleeping with light on because l may see lot of nightmares if l do not .

I have a lamp that I turn on before going to bed. I do this because I have two dogs, and I want to avoid stepping on them when I need to get up to use the restroom or grab a glass of water.

Yes, it's what happens whenever I try to sleep with lights on. It's not possible, if I slept off, I wouldn't be asleep for long and wake up.

Ut depends on my mood. Some days yea and others no. But when the house is hot I love to sleep without light
