My quick dish is an omelet. Besides that, I sometimes store mustofa potatoes (dried potato vegetables) which can be stored for 2 weeks. Besides that, I also sometimes save salted fish sauce or chicken chili sauce, which can last for 7 days.
A quick dish I enjoy making is a stir-fry. I toss together some veggies like bell peppers, onions, and broccoli with tofu or chicken, then add soy sauce, garlic, and a bit of honey. It’s healthy, flavorful, and ready in about 15 minutes!
