I just feel so run down. I wonder if that is it? Honestly . . . I could just fall over. :sleep:

I feel where you are comming from. I get that alot. I try to think about things I have to be thankful for or happy about and sometimes, that will pull me out of it.

I was that way last night. Felt really down in the dumps, exhausted from work and kids, you name it.
One of my husbands friends had a xanax that he gave me ( I use to take xanax many years ago when I worked nights with a newborn) so I took one that he gave me. I didnt realize that the one he gave me was a MUCH stronger dose than the ones I use to take. I couldnt even stand up. My husband had to literally carry me to the bed cause I couldnt walk without falling over.

ah you live near me then. i am in nw houston now but i am from pasadena and texas city.

and grace, i get that way a lot...i wish ihad advice for you but nothing ever makes me feel better no matter what other than just getting through the bad days. You just gotta ride it out.
