Brown rice is a highly nutritious food that supports heart health and weight management. Unlike white rice, it contain natural oils and dietary fiber and benefit your body in several ways:

Lowers bad cholesterol due to its natural oils

Keeps you full longer because of high fiber content

Supports digestion

Doesn't spike your blood sugar like white rice

If you want to eat rice, always eat brown rice.

I eat white rice. To be honest i've never tried brown rice. It's not so common in my country. I would look for it and try it out.

I've never really seen brown rice in person. I only see it on the internet or on TV. In my country, we eat what is common which is the white rice.

I eat both white and brown, but prefer the latter. Brown rice is high in fiber and contains manganese and magnesium. I also eat red rice and black rice but not frequently because they are more expensive than brown and white rice.

I usually prefer brown rice for its nutrition, but sometimes I enjoy white rice for its soft texture.

I usually eat white rice. It’s lighter, cooks faster, and pairs well with most dishes. While brown rice is healthier, I prefer the texture and taste of white rice, especially with curries or stir-fries. I just balance it with vegetables and protein.
