I am trying to drink 2 litres of water a day. which is really hard for me as a barely drink anything. Normally on a good day ill have 3 glasses of juice/water for the whole day. Im finding that when i drink a lot (or a lot by my standards) of water i am getting headaches. Maybe my body is just not used to being hydrated.

I've been trying to drink more water since the start of Feb because I don't normally drink much (normally 2 cups of tea and a glass of water). I had headaches for a while but they went after my body got used to being hydrated

Probably not, I try to drink enough water because I get headaches after a while, but it's still not the ideal amount I don't think!

I drink a lot of water but just sip it during the day. Right now I'm on the computer with a pint of water besides me which takes me an hour or two to drink. Maybe if you drink it like that you wont get headaches or keep needing the loo?

I drink 20 ounces every hour I am awake. I have to pee all the fucking time. I cant go anywhere in the car without needing to pee about 5 minutes into the drive.

I think the 2 litres thing is nonsense. You should be getting a good portion of your water through food. I remember reading about Johnny Wilkinson's training regime, and he said that on days that he trains he makes sure he drinks 1.5 litres per day. And that's with training.

I take cellmass which is a type of creatine so it requires a gallon a day. lol Its insane I know. BUT I've been feeling alot better being this hydrated. I feel very charged. Like a sling shot that pulled back and ready to go.

yeah I've been taking creatine lately and noticed increased water retention, which is great for a good workout. I've also noticed I'm peeing in the middle of the night more.

I don't normally drink more than a litre of tap water per day tho, but when I'm exercising I'll most likely drink at least 1 more on top of that.

Dude, the peeing in the middle of the night thing is killing me. I think more is ending up on the floor than in the toilet.

Oh I hear you, and it's so damn cold in my apartment, with tiled floors, some nights I'm just tempted to lay it on the floor in my bedroom... thankfully it hasn't come to this yet...
