Do you dress seasonably?

I have to wrap up warm at Winter, I get a cold from just thinking of cold weather, I tend to wear a coat with a long sleeved shirt, jeans and a scarf and gloves if it get colder then I may consider an extra pair of socks.
Shirt and thin trousers of some description in Summer I'm not fond of shorts
 
So I'm outside not too long ago, and I guess some people in the building next door are having a party. I see a girl in a very short skirt walk up to the building. Kind of make a crack to Matt about it.

And then from behind me I hear this girl say "I am freezing." I turn around. I can see cleavage, belly button, and the sides of her waist! (Granted she had a jacket on, but damn, button it up!) So I look at Matt and whisper "That's because you aren't wearing any clothes!"

Idiots. It's in the low 30s out there!

:24::24: i so woulda said the same thing... i had a scarf on, a thermal, a t and a winter jacket on top of that and i said to a bouncer its freezing and he told me "It's because you're not dressed properly" and he was wearing a sweatshirt with his sleeves pushed up lmfao
