Yoga, a centuries-old Hindu practice, offers healing not just for the body, but also for the mind and emotions. As described by Hindu Saint Patanjali, Yoga’s ultimate goal is spiritual liberation. However, even without spiritual aims, anyone can reap its numerous health benefits.

Do you do yoga? What is your purpose of doing yoga?

I do yoga mainly for stress relief and flexibility. It helps me stay calm and centered, especially after long workdays. I also like how it improves my posture and balance. For me, it’s both a mental reset and gentle physical exercise.

I don't like to do yoga. There are various better alternatives to doing yoga. Having said that, yoga postures can cause bad effects on your back and spine. It could exert a lot of pressure on some parts of the body. This is why I avoid it.

I do yoga regularly to improve fitness, reduce stress, and boost mental clarity. It helps me stay balanced physically and emotionally, especially during busy or stressful times.
