Do smartphones have a night vision camera?

Night vision cameras are the kind of cameras that can help you see in dark. However, these cameras cannot work in pitch black conditions. Such kind of cameras can still work in conditions where there is some sort of light in the environment. For example, it can work in night in case if there is moon light in the environment. So, do smartphones have these kind of cameras?

many years ago when smart phones were not popular, my friend had a nokia phone and it had a night vision camera. I do not remember the model number. I have not used any smartphone with night vision. I do not think this is a common feature. But a lot of phone come with cameras that can take photos in extremely low light.

You could for example choose if the flash starts working for example from first of video or just while record photo it depends from the flash preference, if you mean night mode by having less brightness it is another thing totally different from first thing.
