democrats always talk about reform, but happens once something has been reformed? there's no need for it anymore. so arent democrats in reality striving for some stability where they can escape government power and programs?

Democrats want a perpetual welfare state where minorities and women get first dibs on everything.

There is nothing wrong with having a temporary welfare system that is aimed at getting them a job ASAP. However, we now have welfare queens and people who would rather not work, and those who fake injuries to collect state money as well.
