There is a REASON why obesity rates have increased dramatically over the past 50 years and that is because people willingly eat shit and choose not to be active


only a small minority of cases are actually due to medical reasons






I was overweight last year by 12 lbs and it was because I was eating shit and not exercising enough. It was my fault and nothing else.


Seriously guys. All it takes to lose weight is NOT EATING SHIT and putting in like 30-40 minute cardio workouts a day. Getting fat does not happen magically or by accident.
