I am not a country fan, and the first time I saw this video was this morning it was a Vh1 Classic Current Video. I was actually having a brain cramp on who the band was and I didn't realize at the time the dude in the cowboy hat was Tim McGraw but I can now. This song is pretty sweet. I still don't like alotta rock/country crossovers (because i don't do country) but this was pretty smooth.

these bands back in the 80s were all cookie cutters for the most part. I don't over think it too much and I'm sure their labels push the ideas aswell.

dont get me wrong.......i like def leppard,but they lacked a little originality.......and be warned,they're on they're way back
