I think you'd have to wait until the next debate club starts (when that is I don't know, but it'll be after the one currently running)
There was a sign up thread for people who wanted to debate, people who wanted to were then assigned into pairs and the tournament began, so it's too late to join this one.
Just keep an eye out for whether someone starts another one after this one has finished.
