For the record, I'll give you a good spanking--all you have to do is ask.

Oh, and you will be expected to return the favor.

What happened to talking?...so much easier..I can see there are times a text is proper for the occasion.... like a message that doesnt require a response....You know like..."Hey honey swing by the store after work and pick up some mustard"

People texting in a moving vehicle pisses me off...Laws are getting stricter regarding cellphones and driving..Some places you cant use a cellphone at all now while driving..just a matter of time before all places do the same..then the phone will have to be off and not within reach of the driver........Thanks people....As now we wont be allowed to talk on the phone and drive...With many jobs the phone is vital for the business and can actually be a safety item.

I can't speak for everybody else, but I personally don't like talking on the phone...I would prefer to text whenever possible. I spend 12 hours a day on the phone for my job...the last thing I want to do when I get home is talk on the phone some more.

It's amazing how many people I see texting on the highway.. It must be some type of soft addiction.

I think so, we're all just addicted to constant stimulus and can't do one thing at once without getting bored. I don't text and drive anymore but I jimmy with Pandora and it's just as bad.

Not worth totaling your car, dying, or hurting someone else just because I really hate a song and need to find a better one NOW.

And it's NOT the same thing.... You can read and reply as you see fit and are not trapped into talking back and forth if you don't want to be

You want to avoid replying to me? pfffttt....

Just teasing. But seriously - quit texting/posting while driving. I'm in on the neg rep brigade. :p

I would only be able to answer that if I *had* a Southern accent. :ninja

Okay, fine...yes, it dislikes my Southern accent, LOL I have to speak VERY slowly and very deliberately and it STILL gets some of the words wrong sometimes.

Try having my accent. NOTHING makes sense. I could ask it to type "a" and it would type "z"

Over here it is illegal to talk on the phone or text whilst driving, unless using a hands free. I don't agree with using it to make social calls but for short business calls it is ok. Sorted.
