When I make hot I use Franks..

But I find my lips burn if they are too hot and then I just don't want them LOL.

The wings is just a blend I get at the store.. it's how I cook them I think that does it.. I get whole wings split them cut off the tip and then I rinse them and dry them.. then throw them all in a bowl with the blend and some salt.. let them sit for a few hours in the fridge them back them on cooke racks on cookie sheets.. they get really crispy and yummy good..

My Dad is a big time contractor. I think that oven came from Adobe Systems. He keeps some stuff when they want him to haul it away.
