We,ve been having really bad gales and rain today. I couldn't walk the dog up the park because it was all flooded and a tree got blown down round the corner and crashed through someones roof!:( At least the've lifted the hosepipe ban though at last.

You sound like your having about as much fun as me with the weather! Good golly Im so sick of rain! It has been raining since early Sat morning. And now they are calling for a 70% chance of sleet and wintry mix this coming up Sat. I wish it would all just STOP!

Yuck. Sorry but tall can keep your weather, Although Mine still aint much better, So sick of the cold. Be nice to see it actually get above freezing again.

that bad? weave had the came gales and all its done is made some puddles and blow my hair about, mind you, aren't you below sea level (or is that norfolk... hmm, nvm)

When you think about it Peter, our weather probs in England are quite laughable when you compare ours to the horrendous hurricanes America has every year.

We are lucky really!!! :)

Us ol' English are a bit whimpy when it comes to a bit of wind, snow or rain.

Hi.

Well, if we do get snow, it's only a cpl inches and then it's not usually til about February anymore. Lasts all of a week or two at most - everyone still panics!!! They go buy up all they can see in the shops - and guess wot? It is still possible to get to the shops and buy shopping! I don't drive and I manage - I never panic buy cos I know I will get there.

Those who live north England, think that those who live south, south east of Englad, are whimps too!

In general, the english do not know how to cope with a bit of snow, wind, rain ha ha ha. :D

I just plod on and watch the madness - no point rushing round - more likely to break a leg that way! :D

Know what you mean, we get a light dusting of snow and everthing grinds to a halt and is disrupted!:D

i stand by my point that we never get snow, a bit of white squidge every now and then, but we will never get anything decent, yet the country does have a massive faff about it

Still, making a big deal out of stuff is what makes us english ;)
