I cannot stand my new neighbor. He is so loud on the phone and talking to people I can hear every word he says thru my noise canceling headphones with music on!!! what do I do? I was thinking of writing something on my message board. I know he would read it... something about "people thinking...use your inside voice...."
anyone have suggestions?
