This is ridiculous Bill Richardson (can you get more Hispanic than to be called "Bill"?) says Ted Cruz shouldn't be described as an Hispanic. The only good Hispanic is a "Progressive" authoritarian Hispanic. Plain ol' authoritarian isn't good enough, I spose.
