No wind, and way too fast, IMO, to be a camera. The weirdest part was it only moved once. It was consistent the rest of the time. A neighbor walked up and we told her to listen, and then it stopped.

I don't know. It was weird.

With the right camera, I'm pretty quick on the shutter finger... :ninja

It wasn't one of those clicking bugs???

When they fall out a tree or when they are upside down they will sit there and pop themselves up and down and whatever non stop and it sounds just how you're describing. Very loud too. One was outside my bedroom window, but I heard it in the bathroom.
