Hmmmm, you seem to be missing the point we're trying to make. Whether or not you think you were ok to drive, you were over the legal limit, and as this is your second offence, you can't be surprised people are getting pissy about it. If you had killed someone, you could protest all you like that you weren't drunk, you're still gonna get done for manslaughter (and rightly so) and would you honestly be able to tell yourself that it would've happened even if you hadn't been drinking? Maybe so, but you'd never know, and I don't know about you, but that would haunt me for the rest of my life. I just find it really upsetting that you seem to show absolutely no remorse for what you've done, which makes me think that you wouldn't hesitate to do it again, and probably won't stop until you kill someone else or yourself. 22 is too young to die or go to jail IMO.

ive never killed anyone. thats an unjust argument.
why should i show remorse? i break the law every day. i smoke weed. cool. my neighbor is a cop with a fucking drug sniffing dog. i broke the law, yes. but was i too impaired to drive? no. i passed their sobriety tests with ease. ALL OF YOU: stop being a holier than thou 7th day adventist bitch. jesus fucking christ you ppl are fucking pussies.

Well said...rep has been delivered!!! Around here you would be charged w/ vehicular homicide if you had any alcohol in your system during a wreck that took someone's life. Heck, run a red light and kill someone and they'll tag you w/ it, too. People don't realize that driving is not a right, it's a privilege. I just find it hard to believe you can be so nonchalant about driving after you've consumed alcohol. I'm not EVEN gonna get into the problem here if you're driving like this "every day" as you say. I'm afraid you're gonna have to learn this lesson the hard way...I just hope it doesn't cost you or someone else their life.

Ffs! Get a grip! I wasn't being holier than thou, I'd probably had a hell of a lot more alcohol in my system when I got done than you. I didn't bitch about that, I took it like a man.

You might think you were ok, stats prove that you are three times more likely to have a car crash when you drive after a pint, under the legal limit here. If you think people are pussies for not driving over the limit them I'd be glad to call myself a pussy, miles better than having an innocent life on my hands!
