Katie Couric will launch a syndicated daytime talk show with ABC in the fall of 2012, it was officially announced Monday.

* Katie's talk show will fill the time slot Oprah has left off.
Not written in stone for all affiliates as other programming may replace the slot.
I'm not a Couric fan but will you tune in ?
All important first showing will make the difference. *
