That's a load of shit. Just because a person is arrested and in custody does NOT give the officer the right to treat you any way he wants. Have you ever been tazed?? There's no such thing as immunity! Only in one EXTREME situation have I ever seen someone barely affected by a tazer, and that guy was about 10 times her size and hopped up on PCP.

But she was unequiped and blood elves have next to no hand to hand skills, they rely mainly on their blade, blunt and marksmanship skills. Especially with the hand cross bow, which if alchemy is used properly, can be used to poison and sometimes stun their enemies. She had none of this.
