well this just made me think of a case in the UK where two guys met on the internet, one of them dreamed of eating another human being, the other dreamed of being eaten by another human being, they met up and actually went through with it, the one killed the other and ate him, with his full permission to do so.

If it's a case where they die and in their will they state they want to be eaten then no.

If it's a case where the person has to be killed to do so then yes I believe it should be punished.

There are a lot of in-betweens that come to mind which make it hard to say for sure how to base a punishment off of. Like if the person is medically proven to be in so much pain and living is only going to make their life worse off.

Also if the person is injured so severely they have to have a body part amputated and give ok to let someone eat said part then no it shouldn't be punishable, but this should be in writing before following through with it hahahaha.

Oh I'm sure I could come up with other situations, I've watched enough horror flicks lol.
