It's not hard to separate innocent Islamic people who are good people and deserve no ill will against them, from those other Islamic people who are killing westerners. It's one easy word. Extremists.

Nope. No one deserves that. But I think its just fair to say that the middle east's anger with us is mostly because of our involvement there.
