Computing Project

Well I'm a bit of a tekkie fix it guy/programmer and I'm currently doing second year Computing at college. We have a project where we need to get a client and view software they currently use then create a problem-solving new piece of software for them. At present my dad manages to sites for DHL so their software will have already been created by Experienced programmers, and my mother works for the NHS so as you can guess they'll already have good software. If anybody needs something doing give me a heads up because it'll help me with the project. Fluent in Java, Intermediate C++ and Fairly fluent in VB.NET for all those who care.

Are you familiar with all the web languages like javascripts, css if you can call css a language?

I'm yet to go into Web Design properly only really skimmed on the surface. I can make applets and other web applications in C++ and Java. I am familiar with HTML and CSS, although I've never used Javascript to date. I'm more of a server-side programmer.

PHP I have worked in yes, done bits of ASP too.
