I'm a cyclist. When biking, I wear skintight spandex apparel like bib shorts and jerseys.

I'm also a trail runner and hiker. A lot of times, I run and hike in compression shorts and tights.

Compression has a lot of functionality for those who get into cardio and fitness. They help warm your muscles and blood up and aid in recovery.

But a lot of people, men in particular, refuse to wear compression during fitness for fear of the fashion sense of it. For me, it's function and comfort over fashion but for others, comfort and function will be sacrificed because they fear what people would think of them for wearing tight clothing.

Where do you stand in this equation? I'm interested in both what men think of themselves wearing it and what women would think of men wearing it.

I go for walking almost every day. When I walk, I do not use tight fitting clothes, I like to wear loose fitting. Sometimes I also do yoga and even when I am doing yoga, I like to wear loose fitting.
