I kind of group 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Superbad and now Forgetting Sarah Marshall into a special group that I'll call "Saving Mainstream Comedy." All those movies have a few people in common and it's kind of like a little group that usually (but not always) make solid comedies.

In order of preference:
1: Forgetting Sarah Marshall
2: 40 Year Old Virgin
3: Superbad
4: Knocked Up

Outside of them, the only comedy movies I look forward to -- and I'm not saying these are the only good ones -- are made by Matt Stone/Trey Parker and Kevin Smith.

And all those movies are made by the same guy: Judd Apatow. Saving comedy month-by-month (seems to be how often he releases movies, haha). He's epic. I also adore Matt Stone and Trey Parker. They're releasing a movie or two in the coming years, I believe, and they're giving us the second half of South Park's 12th season.

Anyway, I don't think most of the Scary Movies are very good. I will admit, however, I really did enjoy Superhero Movie, Date Movie and the first two Scary Movies. They were extremely stupid, but some good fun, unlike the rest. There are more that I can list, but it's early in the morning. I can't think.
