the down side of group work....
yuck!
we are not that far in age difference LOL. i feel old when i walk into any class i am taking.....especially when i see that i am older than the teacher

this will be my first group paper and i have heard way too many horror stories about them. we have a meeting today so we will see who actually shows up. so far not looking good since only 1 other person responsed to the email LO

I had that happen once... I did all of the work, and complained to the professor about it. It was a paper, presentation, and flyer (graphic arts class)... they both showed up on the day we were turning it in and supposed to give the presentation. My teacher told them to leave, because their refusal to do the project gave them an F on it, and it counted for 1/3 of our total grade... so they had officially failed the class as well. :24: Oh, and I got an A+ on the project and extra credit for being voted for having the best presentation.

I had the opposite happen to me. We all contributed to the project, but only I showed up for the presentation. Problem was, the power point presentation was on one of my partners' laptops. I was pretty pissed.
thats no excuse! go back to school! i started college 11 years after high school. i have gone back to college again, 6 years later!
LOL I never made and excuse! I hated school when I got out and to go back now would be a waste. I don't need a master's to advance where I am at anyway.. DO want to take more business classes though..THAT will help.
i HATED high school with a passion, the most horrible years of my life!!! i think thats one reason why i waited so long to go back. you really should consider taking those classes
