There are other things they don't tell you:

One is specific cancer cells feed almost exclusively on sugar....So you should watch you sugar intake regardless of weight issues.

Yes, Alicia Omega 3 fatty acids are good for your childs brain development, but you have to find the kind produced from farm raised fish to reduce the potential for heavy metal toxicity.

Actually, I think your SUPPOSED to eat lot's of fish now, or something...
Evan was right on this and so are you Bri but you need to remember the last part of Evans post. That means like no fish from your local river because of the toxins

That is false. Caffeine is not harmful, provided you drink it in moderation. Excessive consumption is when problems begin, and most pregnant women are not going to consume so much they will put the lives of their babies at risk.:thumbup
