My personal opinion is that I do not like seeing people's UNDERwear hanging out. But I don't think there should be a law against it. That is going a bit far.

Grace, you've got it all wrong! The only reason rappers wear their pants at their ankles is to show respect for the shot rappers. You've never heard of wearing your pants at half-mast?
