Clean house and ready-to-be-cooked food, but.....

I just cleaned the whole house today and did laundry and prepped a bunch of food. My Wife said yesterday that guests were coming over at 5 PM this afternoon after they all get off of work.

So my Wife calls me at 5:15PM and tells me no one's coming; it's been cancelled.


So, should I just mess up the whole house..........as in trash it?! :unsure:

New York steak; Macaroni, Cheese and Tuna (w/ mayo & spices); green beans, rice, applesauce, butterscotch pudding and apple pie with a crumb crust.

Steak - medium to medium-well.
I'll pass on the tuna and mayo.
Everything else sounds good.
May I bring a bottle of something as an accompaniment?
