Whats your thoughts? I couldnt do it to my boys. My friends who have boys got it done cuz they thought "they would look like everyone else".

I'm Un-circumsized and damn glad. Yeah they may not look like everyone else but there are alot of un-circumsized guys out there. its no shock to anyone if your not. "cept for this one chick who didnt know what it meant (blondy)" but im also told that guys that are un-circumsized have much more feeling on the head, rather than circumsized guys.

Yeah, thats what I heard too. Ive seen those videos of babys being circumcised and its sooooo sad.

I know that i wouldn't do it to my kids. only negative thing is that if they don't keep it clean it can get infected much easier

I did it for Riley and I really regret it. He was so sore and it looked soo painful.... my poor boy..

Both of my sons are circumcised. I am not against uncircumcised though. In fact, I would probably have preferred that decision for them. I left this decision up to my husband though for the most part.

My son is circumsized. The dr told me that it "helps" with the chances of prostate cancer, infections, etc.

Circumcision can only benefit the child. So I'm for it. What are the reasons why you guys wont have it done to your boys?

Urinary tract infections sometimes occur in babies and can be quite serious. Circumcision in infancy makes it 10 times less likely.

Because its painful, and thats the last thing I want to do to my kids. Although, some people say that when the baby is under anestesia they wont feel a thing. Hmmm.. I wonder if they can remember when they were a baby??? And when you are under anestesia there are risks associated with that, and even death. Also, the dr. can cut off too much skin, or too little... and it wont be seen till years later.
