just in case your not pulling my leg , you can get a DUI drinking in a boat a bike or just walking down the street in some places , infact i know some one the lost his license for falling off his bike and braking his nose while drunk , now in Texas the cops are going into bars and arresting people for being drunk , how about that for a kick in the ass. :booze

Anywho, I dont know if this law is in effect for everywhere but here in Arkansas, you cant smoke in a car anymore. If you get caught smoking in a car with a minor in the car with you, you get ticketed!!

oh i know dui while operating or attempting to operate vehicles of any sort. drunk in public is not cool either, neither is a minor in the posession of.
