Seeing the other thread about smoking reminded me of this one. I quit smoking cigarettes! I actually quit smoking before the giant tax increase before April and pretty much forgot I had quit. So I'm clean now for about 1.5 months. *pats self on the back*

No secret to it really, I just quit buying them and pretty much quit cold turkey.

I tried to quit a while back and then i my ex fucked it up with his inssessive pain in the ass annoyances. I dont smoke as much as i used to but the habit it still there

Almost every member of my family smokes, so I grew up around it, yet I'm a freak and have never smoked.

Smoking is dangerous for health. Smoking causes cancer and heart diseases. I am a chain smoker but now I quit smoking only do self commitment. You can also quit smoking by doing self commitment.

If you keep doing self commitment you're going to go blind so I would recommend you keep smoking.
