there are different types of sugar
sugar from fruits is good for you less fat storing qualities
sugar like cane sugar and corn produced sugar has more fat storing qualities
the citric acid from fruits will help burn off fats

It is all about moderation and with fruit, some fruits are more concenctrated with sugar than others i.e. bananas and pineapple. When too much fructose enters the liver, it can't process fructose as a sugar quickly enough so it converts it to fats-triglycerides.

You know, I'm not a huge truffle fan :ninja I feel weird biting into something covered in dust, even if it is chocolate dust. Makes my teeth feel weird.

I've never tried to make my own chocolates (temptation to eat ingredients, too strong), is it relatively simple?

1 box of oreos, crushed fine
1 package cream cheese, softened
Mix them in a bowl
Roll them into bite size chocoballs and put in the fridge until firm but not frosty (no frosty balls here)
Buy a package of chocolate bark or some kind of candy coating and melt it, then dip said chocoballs in the melted chocolate and chill them

Sooo easy!

When you say one box of Oreos, do you mean the regular sized cookies? One package? (I think they come in bags here.)

That does sound suspiciously easy! How do you dip them and get them entirely covered without making an almighty mess?

I would drop them in the bowl of melted chocolate, then used two spoons to coat them and drop them on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. They weren't pretty lol but with practice I could get them better looking!

I googled the boxes and it says 510g of Oreos and 227g of cream cheese, if that helps lol
