Charmeleon, attack!

Yeah, I was overweight a little in 8th grade, and lost it all in 9th grade, a good 11.5 kg, but since then my weight fluctuates a lot. Usually in Winter I gain a couple, without fail. I swear this year I won't! I always call cold seasons the Fat Seasons.
 
Haha! I'm beginning to think different diets/exercise work differently person to person. My mum, besides cutting down on junk food, still eats meat pies for lunch and breakfast (pastry shop near work lol) and has lost 28 kilos which is pretty good on a diet like that!
 
I don't follow any kind of diet whatsoever really, my eating habits are so erratic it can't be healthy, some days I'll eat a lot, then others I'll eat a tiny bit, sometimes I don't eat at all, it's the same with my sleeping habits.
 
I usually eat healthy. I started a nice plan in November, which has been a bit wobbly since Christmas. I used to eat the same crap every day, which got boring. So now I eat variably, but eating 4 square meals a day and trying to get as much good stuff as possible. So much better!
 
My poor cat must have eaten something bad. Last night she didn't come home, and this morning apparently she was okay, but when I was about to leave for work she was acting funny. She won't walk or run around or eat like she normally does. So weird. No ticks on her either.
And my brother is also in hospital today.
