They are pretty tasty up to about 3 pounds. Beyond that size they are not as good to me.

I grew-up on a farm. I have cleaned all types of animals for consumption. Cleaning fish is easy. Big animals are much more difficult.

I don't know about that but you learn to be less wasteful.
