Cell phone video shows cop striking woman after Philadelphia parade

A Police officer hits a woman in the face.. Did she deserve this ? Does anyone ever deserve such act in public ?

They says she was guilty of spraying water ( in video ) or silly string to officers in the streets.

I know that pig used unnecessary force on her.
all he had to do was grab her and hand cuff her not punch in the face like she was a full grown man.

look closely it wasn't even her who silly string or what ever it was
there is a person wearing black shorts and black shirt from behind her that threw what ever it was

I don't think that clip shows more, I think it's the same one on YouTube. If you watched the news video its the same starting at point 0.42..

But it's what you don't see that lead up to the confrontation.. You only see the last few seconds of the event..

I have mixed feelings about this as being hit in the face would for sure piss me off but getting an unknown substance as described in the news report would also piss me off..

These incidents that show only the take down, don't always do justice to what really happened..

They should be glad they did not shoot them. Philly cops drop a lot of perps annually. Folks who go out looking for a confrontation sometimes find one.

There are a few things I find interesting about this video.. I wish there was more to the clip or a better view.

Why did only the one officer move towards her ? She clearly moved to the back of the officers as such as to peeve him off. Also we don't see if his reaction was to being sprayed in the face or not which maybe why he moved in after her.. We do see she had a spray bottle in hand, that's clear in the video. So did she spray him in the face or not, I guess she won't admit to it ?
