Caught an employee looking at porn today

Our company has a 0 tolerance policy regarding pornogrophy. No one at our branch has ever been in trouble for it, but we have had a few people within our company fired for it. You can't enter the word or search a site that has sports, game, anything sexual at all, etc. It automatically blocks it. We can't view Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN websites, Facebook, Youtube, etc. I'm actually surprised it allows us to view this site :ninja

Our company has a very good Internet Policy Retro. If you would like, I could post it for you or email it to you to use as a reference.

Well, it turns out that our HR person misinformed me, and we do have an internet policy already... it's rather lenient, which is how I'd prefer it. Porn is a no-no, but like I said, I felt bad for the guy, so I gave him a second chance. We're a small office, so a super strict internet policy is just silly.
